Role Description:
We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to support a major player in the CCTV industry as they transition their platforms from Microsoft OS to Linux. This opportunity involves working closely with an experienced team to develop secure and robust platform images based on best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the client's team to create Linux images for CCTV products, with a strong emphasis on security and stability.
- Work across both client and server platforms, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Provide knowledge transfer to the client’s team of nine members, facilitating the development and testing of the images while sharing best practices.
- Contribute to the decision-making process regarding the choice of Linux distribution, with Red Hat being a potential option.
- Proficiency in Linux OS, both server and client environments.
- Experience in image creation and securing images.
- Strong command of the English language; Danish language skills are a plus but not required.
- Full-time availability is preferred, but part-time candidates will be considered.
- On-site presence is preferred; however, the client is open to a resident who can work remotely with occasional on-site visits.
