International Field Service Engineer

Based in Nykøbing Falster, Denmark, this full-time role offers the opportunity to work closely with an experienced team, collaborate across departments, and travel internationally to meet our clients’ needs. Key Responsibilities
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve malfunctions through rigorous testing, ensuring swift solutions for our clients.
- On-Site & Remote Support: Participate in installation and commissioning—both in-person and remotely—to guarantee successful operations at customer sites.
- Customer Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing responsive, high-quality service and technical support.
- Documentation & Training: Conduct comprehensive training, develop instruction materials, and contribute to our product manuals.
- Sales & Service Support: Provide technical support for our sales team, helping to identify and fulfill customer needs effectively.
- Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or a similar field).
- Fluent in English; Danish is a plus but not required.
- Strong analytical skills with a solution-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Hands-on and practical approach to technical challenges.
- Eagerness to travel internationally and work in diverse environments.
