Your Role

Optimize relationships with selected key customers.

• Identify and realize relevant business opportunities in the market.


• Work result-oriented and actively contribute to developing selected customers from buyers of OJ’s standard products to key customers purchasing our system solutions.


• Keep a keen eye on market developments and ensure customers are continually updated and informed about OJ’s products.


• Collaborate with our product managers to communicate market and customer needs within the organization, translating them into new products or adjustments to existing ones.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial and technical background and at least 5 years of experience in key account management within the HVAC + R industry.


• Excellent people skills with organizational insight and a good business sense.


• Several years of experience in sales of technically complex products, with the necessary persistence for customers' often lengthy decision-making processes.


• Proficiency in German and English at a high level, and preferably some knowledge of Danish.


• Comfortable with traveling 60-80 days a year, primarily in Europe.
