Do you want to impact the growth and future shaping of Investor Relations in an international and growing pharmaceutical company?
We are looking for an Investor Relations Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact the direction and development of our organisation and the shaping of our communication with investors, analysts, and financial stakeholders.
As our Investor Relations Manager, you impact the direction and ambitions for our way of thinking investor relations and value creation. You work independently and in collaboration with different stakeholders across ALK and externally. You are close to the decision-making processes and, therefore, able to contribute significantly to ALK’s future success. You will report to the VP of Investor Relations.
What you will do

Together with the VP of Investor Relations - set the direction for investor relations and our way of working with financial stakeholders in ALK
Drive (coordinating and participating) investor roadshows, presentations, and meetings
Support the planning and drafting of financial reports, company announcements, investor presentations and annual general meetings
Design, enhance and maintain initiatives, processes, and policies within ALK’s investor relations area
Support our work to ensure regulatory compliance and timely responses to requests from investors and analysts
Support our relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and internal stakeholders
Analyse and present investor feedback to ALK’s Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors
Continuously and proactively seek and stay updated on global investor relations trends and regulatory requirements

Your qualifications include an understanding of capital markets, finance and strategy, and preferably experience within investor relations, which you may have gained from a global investor relations function, or similar. You have strong analytical skills with a profound desire to build your knowledge of capital markets, financial reporting, communication and valuation. Furthermore, you have excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
You must also be skilled in project management and have experience with driving and executing projects in a global organisation, since you will be working independently with many stakeholders across different levels and countries. You will work across different business areas, functions, borders and cultures, which is why organisational flair is a key skill.
You have a Master’s Degree in Finance, or similar relevant education.
You are a person with a proactive, curious, and positive mindset and a willingness to grow. You are service-minded and thrive in navigating in a dynamic and international environment. You are execution oriented, a natural initiator, and you are able to prioritise and establish timelines and structures in your work. You have a can-do, hands-on attitude and high personal integrity. You are tech savvy and have an interest in exploring new innovative solutions and ways of working.
Travelling: Some travel activity is to be expected.
Domicile: ALK’s headquarter in Hørsholm, Denmark.
