Deloitte Denmark is looking for an IT Infrastructure Security & Resilience Architect to join our team in Copenhagen. As a member of our Cyber & Resilience team, you can greatly influence the security and resilience of our clients' IT environments, enabling them to succeed in a complex digital landscape.
The role requires a broad understanding of infrastructure architecture across multiple domains, combined with knowledge in security frameworks, disaster recovery, and risk mitigation strategies. This individual will collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure that all infrastructure components e.g., backup and restore, networks, servers, storage, and cloud environments are designed with both security and resilience in mind, to minimize disruptions and safeguard critical assets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Infrastructure Design & Architecture:

• Assess, enhance, and lead the design of secure and resilient IT infrastructure solutions.

2. Resilience & Disaster Recovery:

• Develop and test disaster recovery plans, ensuring minimal business disruption and rapid recovery.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.

3. Cross-Domain Expertise:

• Provide expert guidance on infrastructure domains and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate to integrate security and resilience across the technology stack.

4. Project Management and Collaboration:

• Lead infrastructure projects, ensuring security and resilience requirements are met.
• Collaborate to ensure cohesive and secure infrastructure solutions.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members

Kvalifikationer

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure architecture, security, and resilience roles.
• Prospective job applicants should have a solid understanding of various infrastructure domains such as backup and restore, networks, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud computing, and databases.
• Expertise in disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and high-availability design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on risk assessment and mitigation.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-functional team environment.
• Relevant certifications are highly desirable.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in industries with security and compliance requirements, such as finance, healthcare, or government.
• Previous experience in both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.

Key Competencies:

• Strong understanding of infrastructure architecture, with in-depth expertise in IT disaster recovery, failover and restore testing, backups, and technical restore and recovery documentation.
• Proven ability to design and implement secure, resilient systems.
• Good project management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery practices.
