The position
As an IT/OT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT/OT projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, develop project plans, manage project resources and execute the project phases. You will monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate project status to stakeholders. Your goal as our IT/OT project manager is to ensure that your projects are successfully completed and deliver the expected business value.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT/OT projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against these plans

Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management

Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with business objectives

Manage project resources, including internal staff and external vendors

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, IT/OT teams, and vendors

Qualifications
You will be a great asset to our team because you have:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

5+ years of experience managing IT/OT projects, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Strong understanding of IT/OT systems and technologies, including SCADA, MES, ERP, and cybersecurity

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project budgets and timelines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels

PMP or other project management certification is a plus

LEAN experience

As a person you are reliable, loyal, structured and can motivate a team to deliver according to project objectives. You can lead through others and set clear objectives for a project team. You enjoy working according to tight deadlines and being a part of a dynamic team. You are self-motivated, work independently and used to think steps ahead of others.

About the department
You will be part of Digital, Data & IT Finish Product Manufacturing (DD&IT FPM) Enterprise IT Projects. The team is a specialized project and portfolio management group that is responsible for leading IT/OT projects across the assembly and pack supply chain of Novo Nordisk. Our focus is to enable business value by integrating and deploying IT/OT solutions that secure a robust IT foundation for scaling digital, technical, and quality modernization. The team is dedicated to delivering high-quality results and ensuring that Novo Nordisk remains at the forefront of technological innovation in the pharmaceutical industry.
