Gain experience across key areas of financial operations
You will play an important role in our Finance team, where you will be given responsibility for a wide variety of tasks across the business which will develop your technical, communication and analytic skills.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Reconciliation of the bank
• Matching receivables against payments and following up on overdue invoices
• Ongoing controlling and invoicing of projects
• Developing and optimizing selected processes within the finance department
• Contributing to the month end closing process
• Providing support to subsidiaries in connection with ongoing bookkeeping and reporting

Join our finance team!
As our new Junior Financial Controller you will join our finance team of four, and report to Senior Manager & Head of Finance Mads Beckermann. We work closely together to provide the best possible support to the company and ensure high operational standards.

About you
You will experience a dynamic work environment at our office in Aarhus, where your technical, communication, and analytical skills will truly be put to the test.
As a person, you are ambitious and can work independently, with a natural interest in and understanding of finance. You are eager to improve, down-to-earth, and possess high professional and personal integrity.
In addition, we would like you to:

• Have a relevant higher education in finance and/or accounting
• Have work experience in finance, accounting, or similar roles from previous jobs or internships
• Have experience with e-conomic or other accounting systems
• Be detail-oriented, ensuring that your deliverables consistently maintain high quality
• Communicate professionally in both Danish and English

We do not expect you to have experience in all areas or tasks, but if you bring the right attitude and motivation, we will do our best to help you become one of the best in the field.
