As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you'll be designing and implementing data-driven customer journeys optimizing every touchpoint for engagement and conversion. Your role will include:

Your Playground

• Designing and implementing automated marketing journeys that effectively engage different customer segments and converts.
  
• Leading continuous A/B testing and optimization efforts to ensure peak conversion and continuous improvements.
  
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, both business and tech, to drive growth and results.
  
• Crafting and refining customer segments and audiences.
  
• Diving deep into analytics with tools like Power Bi and GA4, turning insights into action and improved performance.

This position is a pivotal Group role that collaborates across all our brands and markets, with a base in Copenhagen. The role entails periodic travel to Stockholm, Oslo, and Helsinki.

Who You Are

• Eager to learn and develop your skills in marketing automation and performance marketing.
• Some experience in the marketing automation field and a good understanding of performance marketing.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and ready to support and learn from your team.
• Some experience with marketing automation platforms e.g. Marketo, Hubspot,
• Active Campaign, Klaviyo, or Autopilot/Ortto is a plus.
• An interest in data-driven decision-making and a willingness to develop analytical skills.
• Analytical and structured mindset
• Commercial mindset
• Good project management abilities, including prioritizing and executing tasks under guidance.
• A collaborative spirit, capable of working on cross-functional projects and teams.
• Fluent in English, both in writing and speech.
