Junior Product Roadmaps IT Analyst

We're looking for a Junior Product Roadmaps IT Analyst for our client within the financial sector. Join a central team that owns the framework and works with the decentralized teams in the domains to align and focus the work around common roadmaps and awareness hereof.

Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

Analyst with 1-3 years’ experience
Knowledge of delivery frameworks in IT, e.g. SAFe 6.0, and good understanding of the different levels of Roadmaps their utilisation
Expert in Microsoft suite and user in Atlassian suite
Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
Professional level of English - both oral and written

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

Support the roll out for CTO Product Roadmaps including guidelines and templates
Help Product Teams create and facilitate needed session in addition to the general execution meetings such as PI-planning
Create presentation for executive management on progress and framework
Develop and distribute standardized guidelines and templates that streamline the process of roadmap creation, ensuring consistency and clarity
Coordinate and monitor the progress of roadmaps across different teams, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Provide feedback and recommendations to the CTO and leadership team on potential areas of improvement in the roadmap development process
Act as a liaison between the product teams and leadership, helping teams structure and prioritize their product backlogs based on strategic objectives
Organize and facilitate additional sessions, such as PI Planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they are productive and aligned with overall company goals
Track action items and decisions from these sessions, ensuring follow-up and accountability for execution
Create presentations for executive management on progress and frameworks
Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for the executive team, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones within the product development process
Use data-driven insights to showcase the impact of product roadmaps on business outcomes, and provide recommendations for executive decision-making
Ensure presentations are tailored to executive-level communication, focusing on strategic implications and high-level metrics that demonstrate progress
