In Novonesis we have an exciting and bright future ahead of us, and one out of many ways to get us there, is through great leaders. That’s why we are hiring a leadership program coordinator to help us make this happen!

Welcome to Leadership & Engagement Team

We are currently a team of 6 very competent and highly engaged people with focus on driving Novonesis’ leadership agenda and employee engagement efforts. We are responsible for global leadership development, leadership team development, team development, leader onboarding as well as facilitating a strong engagement mindset among our leaders. This call for a diverse group of people that bring different perspectives, ideas, and competences to the table, and we believe we are and do that. We work closely with our Regional Learning and Leadership Partners, the broader P&O function and very importantly Line of Business. In the team we have a unique opportunity to set the bar for what great leadership looks like in Novonesis and we are up for the challenge!

The team is part of the Learning, Leadership & Culture team that resides in the global People & Organization function.

The position is full time and for 2 years (temporary)

In this role you’ll make an impact by:
When participating on Novonesis’ brand-new global leadership program the leaders are also embarking on a journey, where quality is ingrained in all aspects of that journey. So, to ensure this, your primary task and responsibility are to ensure a smooth and efficient coordination with a strong can-do-attitude.

Your main tasks include:

Be Point of Contact for leaders/participants regarding logistics, 360-degree tool and daily communication.
Have close and ongoing dialogue with the Program Lead.
Ensure close coordination with facilitators (internal) and venues.
Handle program materials.
Develop and implement global leadership development journeys in our Learning Management System (LMS).
Coordinate 360 feedback tool (pre and post program).
Ensure venue budget is met.

To succeed you must hold:
A strong service and support mindset, as you in many cases will be the Point of Contact for requests or questions from participants, why we also expect you to have strong communication skills. You have an ability to establish structure and plans, and at the same time be flexible and handle uncertainty, and unforeseen events. A must have is a positive and can-do attitude.

From a professional perspective we are looking for candidate with proven experience in structuring and coordinating global and large-scale development programs. High level of English proficiency is a must. In addition, LMS experience both in terms of executing leadership programs as well as developing learning journeys will be considered valuable.
