We’re looking for a Communications Specialist to help us tell our story and elevate our presence—whether that’s through executive visibility, engaging Linked In content, or cutting through the noise with sharp, well-timed media outreach.

We’re looking for someone who is equally passionate about communication and eager to take on a role that emphasizes external visibility.

The Role
Here’s what you’ll be getting up to:

Tell our story – You’ll drive the creation of content that makes people sit up and take notice, whether that’s through press, media, or social platforms.
Craft the voices of Xellia – You’ll handle communications that put our leadership in the spotlight and keep our message clear, consistent, and engaging.
Collaborate like a pro – Working across departments, you’ll help shape the narratives that matter most to our stakeholders, ensuring everyone’s on the same page.
Stay curious – We love fresh ideas. You’ll be part of a team that’s always thinking about how we can do things better and differently.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who:

Has a natural curiosity— our company and industry is complex, we need a person who asks "Why?" or "How can we do this differently?"
Can juggle complex stakeholder relationships while keeping everything running smoothly. You know how to bring people together and get things done.
Isn’t afraid to experiment—this isn’t about sticking to a script, it’s about trying new approaches and seeing what works.

Qualifications?
A degree in communications, journalism, or PR is great, but what’s more important is your mindset. If you’ve got experience in external comms, press, or managing executive profiles, we want to hear from you. But if you’re only ticking some of the boxes, don’t worry; we’re all about potential.

You need to be proficient in English – Danish, Hindi, or Hungarian is a plus, but not mandatory.
