This role is NOT for someone that is new to digital marketing for coaching businesses.
This also isn’t for you if you are not a Facebook Ads pro, funnel builder & great copywriter, in Danish & English.
But, if you love generating qualified leads that are ready-to-buy and have experience in the Danish & English markets, this could be the role for you, especially if you’re a personal development nerd too.
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products/services across paid ads & social media, refining our evergreen funnel to generate consistent leads, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth. You will take the lead on marketing, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and leverage market insights to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

In this role as a Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating ads, funnels, copy, landing pages & managing our social media presence to sell our programs & live events, enhance brand presence, and effectively engage target audiences. We are looking for a manager that understands the differences between the US & Danish markets, can craft compelling copy in both, manage ad campaigns, build evergreen funnels, and create strategic marketing campaigns to fuel the growth of the business.
This is a full-time contractor position with a pay of of $70-90k/year. Our team is based in the US & Denmark, and you will be expected to work full-time, with some overlap with EST working hours.
Responsibilities:
  • Meta Ad Management
  • Create ad campaigns to run across Facebook
  • Manage existing & new ad campaigns in Meta to reach our ideal audience in Denmark & defined English-speaking markets
  • Optimize ad campaigns by refining copy and finding other ways to improve cost per lead and cost per acquisition
  • Copywriting (including email)
  • Write converting ad copy in English & Danish
  • Write converting copy for landing pages & funnels in English & Danish
  • Write email copy in English & Danish to book more sales calls & nurture leads in our evergreen funnel to lead to more high-ticket sales
  • Write email copy for challenges & other events as needed
  • Write copy across social media & other platforms to increase brand awareness & generate more leads
  • Marketing Strategy
  • Work with the CEO & COO to create marketing strategy that drives consistent leads to our evergreen funnel, challenges & live events
  • Map out top, middle & bottom of funnel strategy to ensure we always have leads moving through the pipeline
  • Execute on the chosen marketing strategies
  • Funnel Creation
  • Create funnel pages in Kajabi to support your ad strategies, build our email list & book more high-ticket sales calls from ads & emails
  • Social Media Management
  • Manage content across Facebook, our Facebook group & Instagram to grow our audience & generate more leads
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Work with the COO to refine reporting & analytics across marketing channels
Results:
  • Increase our evergreen sales through optimizing our low-ticket front-end to high-ticket back-end funnel
  • Assist with increasing revenue to our annual revenue goals through consistent lead generation
  • Ensure live events are sold out by creating thoughtful marketing strategies
Experience:
  • 2+ years experience running ads & writing copy for high ticket coaching programs in Danish & English (required)
  • Experience running low ticket front end offer funnels to selling high-ticket coaching program on the backend (required)
  • Familiar with the high ticket coaching industry (required)
  • Experience creating lead magnets (required)
  • Experience running and managing marketing campaigns (required)
  • Experience in creating digital marketing strategy (required)
  • Experience creating compelling email sequences (required)
  • Experience generating leads through social media (required)
  • Experience working in Go High Level, Kajabi, Infusionsoft, & similar software (strongly preferred)
  • A strong interest in personal development and becoming the best you can be in all aspects of life (required)

Ansvarsområder:
Meta Ad Management
  • Opret annoncekampagner til Facebook
  • Styre eksisterende og nye annoncekampagner på Meta for at nå vores ideelle målgruppe i Danmark og definerede engelsktalende markeder
  • Optimere annoncekampagner ved at forfine tekst og finde andre måder at forbedre omkostninger pr. lead og omkostninger pr. erhvervelse
Tekstforfatning (inklusive e-mails)
  • Skrive konverterende annonceltekster på engelsk og dansk
  • Skrive konverterende tekster til landing pages og funnels på engelsk og dansk
  • Skrive e-mailtekster på engelsk og dansk for at booke flere salgsmøder og pleje leads i vores evergreen funnel for at føre til flere high-ticket salg
  • Skrive e-mailtekster til udfordringer og andre events efter behov
  • Skrive tekster på sociale medier og andre platforme for at øge brandbevidstheden og generere flere leads
Marketingstrategi
  • Arbejde sammen med CEO og COO for at skabe marketingstrategier, der driver konsistente leads til vores evergreen funnel, udfordringer og live events
  • Kortlægge top, midte og bund af funnel-strategien for at sikre, at vi altid har leads i pipeline
  • Udføre de valgte marketingstrategier
Funnel-oprettelse
  • Opret funnel-sider i Kajabi for at støtte dine annonce-strategier, opbygge
  • vores e-mail-liste og booke flere high-ticket salgsmøder fra annoncer og e-mails
Social Media Management
  • Styre indhold på Facebook, vores Facebook-gruppe og Instagram for at vokse vores publikum og generere flere leads
Rapportering og Analytics

Erfaring:
