Meetings & Events Project Coordinator
Full time, Copenhagen, Denmark (office based)
You will report to Annette Paludan
Are you ready to be pivotal in managing meetings and events projects? We seek a highly motivated Meetings & Events Project Coordinator to work alongside our dynamic team and drive success in back-office tasks. This crucial position will involve close collaboration with the Meetings & Events Project Manager.
As a Meetings & Events Project Coordinator, you will
- Invoice customers and close projects
- Report to various hotels and suppliers
- Assist with the registration of congress participants
- Handle payments to suppliers
- Support with the reservation of domestic and international trains
- Ensure that project deadlines are met
- Work with website development and online registrations
- You have solid financial sense and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong IT skills and are easily adaptable to new systems
- Knowledge of systems such as Cvent and Qondor
- Prior experience with booking flights and hotels in GDS Amadeus, also a plus but not required
- Time management skills and great attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- You have a creative and innovative mind
- Sense of responsibility and independence
- Good sense of order with a focus on detail
- Good communication skills, and you speak/write fluent Danish and English
