What your work will look like:

• You’ll help to manage and oversee the merchant risk program, including identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring of risks associated with payment card processing, alternative payments, and fraud prevention.
• You’ll monitor merchant transaction data to identify potentially fraudulent activity and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to investigate and resolve incidents.
• You’ll provide training and support to internal teams and external partners on merchant risk management, fraud prevention, and chargeback management.
• You’ll ensure Risk data quality.

What you need to be successful in this role:

• Knowledge of payment card industry regulations, guidelines, and card scheme rules, including Visa, Mastercard, and other relevant networks.
• High-risk underwriting knowledge, including experience in assessing and managing high-risk merchants and industries, is preferable.
• Bachelor's or Master degree and 2+ years’ experience within payments-related risk management positions
• Analytical, problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and willingness to challenge the status quo ongoingly
• Fluency verbally and in writing in English and Danish
