Performance Finance Manager

Lead end-to-end planning processes within the Performance Finance area

As Performance Finance Manager, you are a key member of the Global Commercial Finance team leading the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes for the CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) organization. The role is supporting the orchestration of a complex processes and ensures transparency and alignment between various stakeholders including members of the ELT, Commercial organization, Clusters and Corporate Finance. You will be a trusted business partner supporting decision making and driving results to achieve strategic objectives.

Role responsibilities include two key areas:

Support end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes for the Commercial organization:

Plan and coordinate the process from target setting to management reporting

Ensure transparency and alignment across the organization

Provide insights and recommendations throughout the process

Ensure high standards of planning and clear story lining toward senior stakeholders

Create relevant tools & templates to support processes

Supporting planning transformation projects

Act as a business partner and trusted advisor to the Clusters.

Provide insights about performance of dedicated Clusters

Act as a sparring partner to drive the business agenda

Drive standardisation and correct application of global methodologies and tools

Manage ad hoc stakeholder requests from senior management

Commercial and pragmatic mindset

Furthermore, we are looking for the following competencies:

5+ years of experience within Finance in a large global business with a focus on planning and forecasting

A master’s degree in Finance, Economics or similar

Strong Excel skills

Experience from the retail, fashion or FMCG industry (is a plus)

Experience with data models, CUBEs & Power BI (is a plus)

Experience with Hyperion (is a plus)

Global Commercial Finance works shoulder-to-shoulder and partners with the CCO to drive and impact global commercial performance. As a team, we strive to become the preferred advisor to management with a seat at every table and a say in every decision. You will report to the Finance Director, Performance Management.

Up to 15 days of travel per year is to be expected.
