- Lead customer and user interviews and create a road forward to improve our products.
- Identify and design the best possible indoor map experience for partners and customers.
- Evangelize how best-in-class experiences impact business value.
- Collaborate with engineers to raise the usability bar.
- Co-create the design system for internal and external use.
- A passion for user centric design and experience
- Solid experience in creating user insights and prioritizing improvements
- Figma and design system skills.
- A belief in iterative, experimental and agile development principles.
