As Product Manager, you will be responsible for running and developing our product portfolio throughout the entire product life cycle, from start-up and first brainstorm to launch and ongoing post-launch management. You and your team have ownership to initiate, execute and follow up on action plans for the product portfolio. You are therefore both commercially driven and at the same time the project manager who ensures progress and that the projects reach their goals. You are responsible for the commercial development of our product portfolio in the short and long term and together with your team you are the link between the commercial and technical functions. As a product manager, you work together with most of the organization in Denmark - and especially the development organization, marketing and the customer facing organization - as well as our global product organization.

What you’ll be doing

Your overall goals are to run and develop our product portfolio and, not least, to be at the forefront as the leader of our product team of four people:

• Responsible for the full product life cycle and ensuring that roadmaps are kept up to date, including ensuring that there is a focus on the long-term roadmap
• Establish clear priorities and deadlines and support your team in the end-to-end handling of products, backlogs and delivery projects, so that we always come all the way around
• Lead product launches with cross-functional teams and ensure that all areas are covered - both internally in relation to operations and commercially
• Effective and proactive communication with external and internal stakeholders to ensure that all parties involved clearly understand their responsibilities and ensure information on progress
• Support your team in creating an overview of projects, plans and progress
• Take ownership of problems and risks
• Stakeholder management and communication – both internally and externally with customers and partners, as well as participation in steering group meetings with customers and partners

Who we’re looking for

You are an experienced product manager with a strong project manager gene and preferably with hands-on experience from the product owner role. In addition, you have experience with or the ability to lead a product management function. You must have experience in delivering projects in a busy environment with tight deadlines and ensuring cooperation across teams that may have conflicting priorities. It is therefore essential that you can convey complex issues as simple messages and secure buy-in from the important stakeholders.

• Min. 5 years of experience with product development within software from a similar role in B2B companies, preferably Saa S
• You have a commercially oriented profile and have your commercial product management toolbox in place as well as experience with agile product development
• As a person, you have strong and persistent execution skills and extensive experience with stakeholder management and project management
• You have your eye on the ball with a solution-oriented mindset, meet deadlines and can create structure in an everyday life where things move quickly
• You are structured with a sense of quality and detail and can at the same time promote and develop relationships and cooperation across teams in the house and thus be a motivating sparring partner for all project participants
• Good communication skills across all stakeholder levels and functional areas
• Fluent in Danish and English in both writing and speaking
• Knowledge of the real estate industry will be a big plus
