• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather use cases, requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment on product objectives.
• Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a data product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user satisfaction; implement improvements based on findings.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product development.

• 5+ years of experience within business intelligence/analytics and product management.
• 5+ years of business experience within global operations focusing on global supply chain and Distribution Centers in an international organization.
• Proficient with SAP and end-to-end planning systems like O9 solutions, with additional experience in Power BI and Databricks for data and analytics.
• Ability to create the vision for data analytical products with a great analytical mindset and good stakeholder management skills that allow you to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels within an organization.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify opportunities for business improvements using Data & Analytics.
