Join our dynamic Commercial Release Management team

Your primary focus will be to:

• Assist with developing product- and -technical materials (e.g., technical datasheets and Instructions for Use)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, Product Management, and Global Marketing, to ensure successful product launches
• Plan and follow up on projects with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate and support the creation of a wealth of technical and product-related materials
• Coordinate ad hoc tasks such as updating mail groups, hands-on product handling etc.
• Coordinate private label deliverables across the organization, ensuring proper implementation within our releases

Mastering stakeholder management and coordination

• The ability to work well in a time-sensitive setting, meet deadlines, and to prioritize various tasks
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Experience from working in documentation- and process-regulated environments is advantageous
• Experience in similar roles, especially in international settings, is advantageous
