Influence in a truly international role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of in-store solutions and concept development projects as part of our Global Store Development & Experience Team. Your key task is to head the project management of our ongoing evolution of the Global store concept standards and new innovative in-store brand and product experience supporting solutions. Once proof of concept has been secured you will support the markets in local execution providing them with the needed tools, processes, communications, sourcing setups and training.
You will get to work with key stakeholders of all levels, across Global Marketing, our local markets, and a broad range of cross-functional teams. This is your opportunity to put your stamp on how customer-centric in-store experiences can enable more people to hear better in close collaboration.

Welcome to team Store Development & Experience
You will join a newly established team within Global Marketing Hearing Care, reporting to the Director of Store Development & Experience and based at our headquarters in Smørum, Denmark. Our focus is on delivering strategic development projects to continuously evolve our global retail network and enhance customer experience across 4.000 hearing care stores. In this role, you can expect approximately 20-30 global travel days per year.
Global Store Concept project management
Your key task as our new Project Manager will be to head the project management of our Store Concept Development. Besides that, you will be involved in various store experiences, retail execution excellence and global scalability focused initiatives.

- Capture Commercial and operational needs from the business and build briefs to external Design agencies and Furniture and fixture vendors.
- Deliver a range of different development projects and project deliveries while meeting set timeline, budgets, and quality levels.
- Be a part of and engage project members as well as provide feedback on project performance.
- Communicate with several internal and external stakeholders at various levels across the organization.
- Daily communication and creation of briefs to Furniture and Fixture vendors, run prototyping on technical aspects (use case, materials, quality, durability etc.)
- Drive Prototyping, solution testing with Pilot markets to ensure proof of concept.
Experienced Project Manager with good stakeholder management skills
Your educational background is not as important to us as the experience you have gained along the way.
You are a skilled Project Manager with a commercial mindset and have a good set of concept development, project planning and retail execution skills. You have proven expertise in handling large-scale retail solution developments and effectively collaborating with a range of cross-functional stakeholders.
You can navigate in a large international and multi-cultural company, where you can use your networking abilities, and you can collaborate widely across the organization, global and local, at all levels.
