Are you a skilled Project Manager with experience from the pharmaceutical industry? We are looking for a Project manager with Scheduling/Planning background to join an exciting project with our client. You will join a team, specializing in the use of Primavera Cloud and detail planning for project scheduling within the pharmaceutical industry.
Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, along with a strong background in pharma operations
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
Preferred 2-3 years of experience in a scheduling/planning role
Proficiency in using Primavera Cloud for project scheduling and management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex project data and make informed scheduling decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with pharmaceutical operations and regulatory requirements is a plus
Strong skills within English - both oral and written
Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

Utilize Primavera Cloud to develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project objectives
Collaborate with project teams to gather relevant data and inputs for scheduling purposes
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing potential schedule risks and issues
Communicate schedule-related information to stakeholders and project teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on project timelines
Contribute to the development and improvement of scheduling processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
