PROJECT MANAGER
Are you a skilled Project Manager with experience from the pharmaceutical industry? We are looking for a Project manager with Scheduling/Planning background to join an exciting project with our client. You will join a team, specializing in the use of Primavera Cloud and detail planning for project scheduling within the pharmaceutical industry.
Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Utilize Primavera Cloud to develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project objectives
- Collaborate with project teams to gather relevant data and inputs for scheduling purposes
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing potential schedule risks and issues
- Communicate schedule-related information to stakeholders and project teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on project timelines
- Contribute to the development and improvement of scheduling processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, along with a strong background in pharma operations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Preferred 2-3 years of experience in a scheduling/planning role
- Proficiency in using Primavera Cloud for project scheduling and management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex project data and make informed scheduling decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical operations and regulatory requirements is a plus
- Strong skills within English - both oral and written Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
