Production Planner for Electronics Manufacturing, Lystrup

Team and Role
We are seeking a new colleague to join our highly skilled planning team. You will be part of a planning function that serves as the focal point for a fast-paced environment, where making numerous decisions is essential. A proactive and solution-oriented approach is key to maintaining a strong planning process.
In this exciting and challenging role, you will have the opportunity to influence your workday while utilizing your professional and personal competencies. Your primary responsibilities will include planning and coordinating electronic production, as well as managing the receipt of orders for finished product deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will cover:
With several years of experience in production planning, preferably in a similar role, you will bring valuable expertise to the position. While experience in electronic production is considered a clear advantage, it is not a strict requirement. Familiarity with ERP systems is important, and prior experience with IFS would be beneficial. An educational background in Supply Chain or a related field is expected.
As a planner, you will have extensive contact across Terma, making a service-minded approach essential, along with the ability to communicate proactively with stakeholders.

Bear in mind that candidates for this position must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defense Intelligence Service. This entails that candidate, as a minimum, have stayed within NATO/EU for the last 7 years only interrupted by short stays abroad.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage demand within the ERP system (Terma uses IFS).
- Establish production orders to ensure timely production starts based on capacity.
- Report progress against the production plan to internal partners.
- Participate in project and production meetings, as well as cross-functional team meetings.
- Engage in optimization initiatives both within the department and across the organization.
With several years of experience in production planning, preferably in a similar role, you will bring valuable expertise to the position.
