Li NA Medical Denmark is looking for a Project Manager within the medical device field.
Your main responsibility is to secure progress and quality in bringing our devices to market. You will be working from our facility in Denmark, but also closely with colleagues internationally.
Ideally, you have practical experience with Project Management in product development of medical devices – and you are able to supplement this with a solid understanding of the process steps required to meet the requirements of the MDD/MDR.
Experience in the medical device business is a requirement while experience within product development is preferred.

Area of responsibility

You will be responsible for driving the development projects forward, together with an international based project team. You must therefore be able to act internationally and be comfortable in this role. A priority is to learn and understand Li NA Medical design control procedures and operate accordingly to engage relevant stakeholders and at the same time keep a sound business perspective on your projects.
Your primary area of responsibility is bringing new products to market, but you will also be participating in activities of a more operational character to supporting activities, within the product range in the Hysteroscopy portfolio.
Other relevant competencies you have are very welcome. In this job you will have the opportunity to utilize all your skills – to benefit your own, the project’s, and the team’s ambitions.
You will travel per need, but you should expect 5 -20 travelling days a year.

Key tasks/success criteria

• Plan and execute product development projects accordingly.
• Establish a strong project team – where the potential of the team is realized.
• Make decisions for the team on a day-to-day basis to simultaneously secure progress and the correct level of quality.
• Engage in Design Control activities – you will be the primary sparring partner for the Design Control team.
• Deliver results and documentation to support these.

Professional qualifications

• You have experience in life science, accompanied with a relevant educational background.
• You have documented and relevant training within the life science requirements, e.g. ISO 13485, MDR 2017/745 etc.
• Practical Project Management experience is prioritized over PM certification.

Li NA Medical, Hysteroscopy

Your unit is responsible for the Hysteroscopy business in Li NA Medical. We support the maintenance of the current product range and are responsible for driving new projects – realizing new products that are cost effective, well-engineered and simple in use.
Li NA Medical have enjoyed solid growth over the last many years – and the Hysteroscopy business is a main contributor in realizing this.
