You will join the Quality Control (QC) team which consists of 14 dedicated colleagues working across day, evening, and night shifts. We all step in when and where needed, we have a flat structure but high standards and we take a pragmatic and operational approach to achieving our goals. We value humour, are driven by a passion for learning and genuinely find our purpose in continuously improving our organization. Our team is located at our production site in Avedøre.
As a QC Lab Technician, you will work in our physical/chemical and microbiology labs. We will provide a thorough onboarding to ensure you will have a great start to the job. Following full training, you will work on a rotating schedule, typically three weeks of day shifts followed by one week of evening shifts. Day shifts offer flexibility between 7:00 and 16:00, while evening shifts run Monday to Thursday from 14:00 to 22:00.
- Measuring chemical and microbiological analysis
- Following analyses are done: p H, color measurements (data color), spectrophotometry, particle size, HPLC, brix, density, moisture, viscosity, aw, titration
- Total count, yeast & mold, enterobacteria, aerobic spores and sulfite-reducing clostridia
- Ad hoc tasks
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate has a positive mindset, a proactive attitude, and is motivated to collaborate closely with the production teams to support smooth operations. You enjoy doing lab analyses and you are adaptable to a dynamic, and fast-paced work environment. What matters most to us is that you fit in - not that you meet all qualifications.
- A trained lab technician or equivalent experience or relevant education
- Previous lab experience within analysis is preferred, but new graduates with a strong desire to learn are welcome to apply
- Ability to manage work in a complex environment
- Can handle multiple priorities at once
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Danish
- Experience with SAP is an advantage, but not required
