QHSE Senior Risk Specialist

Join us in this role where you’ll work with QHSE risk management at an enterprise level, collaborating with stakeholders across the company to support high-level mitigations and prevention plans.
Welcome to QHSE Assurance & Risk
You’ll be part of QHSE Enterprise Risk where you, together with your colleagues, will be part of drive strategic QHSC risk management across the company while maintaining a close interface with the internal QHSE Assurance function. As a team, we support each other, sharing knowledge and best practices across borders and fields of expertise. We communicate openly, encouraging curiosity and questions.
You’ll play an important role in:

identifying and responding to critical QHSE risks through data analysis
identifying causes and effects of potential risks
working with the full spectrum of the value chain of conceptual risk management
engaging with stakeholders, such as risk responsible and risk owners.

To succeed in the role, you:

have a masters degree or similar in risk management
are proficient in analysing incident and nonconformity data
have operational experience with the practical aspects of risk management
have a deep understanding of how risks materialise and affect an organisation
have a previous experience from the wind energy industry whether from wind turbine manufacturing, project development, or operations and maintenance.
