We’re looking for a new colleague to become part of our Never Out of Stock (NOOS) team based at our headquarter in Brande, Denmark. NOOS is a cornerstone in our future business expansion plans - and one of the fastest growing areas in BESTSELLER.

You will join the planning team in our NOOS department in SELECTED, consisting of 6 ambitious and skilled planners - all committed to making a difference for our customers by improving their business. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As Replenishment Planning Responsible, your will take lead on the daily replenishment operations, making sure that products and quantities are allocated correctly and in time. You will establish a close collaboration both internally and with our VMI (vendor managed inventory) partners. In close cooperation with the three replenishment planners in the team, you will be responsible for optimizing our VMI business with current partners as well as onboarding new partners across markets. You will also make sure efficient ways of working is fully integrated and strive for continuous improvements. You will execute on our NOOS growth plans in close alignment with the Planning Manager, whom you report to.
More specifically, your tasks include:
- Weekly meetings with local buyers from your customer portfolio, where you will provide fact-based analyses on performance and suggestions to improve the VMI performance
- Analysing present and past season sales data to make sure that the stores are ready for the coming season
- Collecting and processing feedback in relation to product performance, expectations from markets and future demands
- Following up on collection sell-in and in-season optimisation of product range
- Communicating NOOS strategies and improvements to internal and external business partners
- Continuously developing and optimizing our ways of working, including tools and insights
- Making sure daily operations is running smooth across all sales channels.

You are either graduated with a degree in business or economics (preferably with a good understanding of International Business or Supply Chain Management) or have experience within the field of business analysis, planning, business controlling, category management or key account management. You are great with stakeholder management and clear in your communication.
You are structured and analytical, which enables you to organise, interpret and ultimately take advantage of the large amount of data available. You are self-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Being outgoing and a strong communicator, you convey your ideas with impact, inspire the people around you and create the necessary incentive to get things done.
In addition, we are looking for the following qualifications:
- +3 years of experience within planning or supply chain
- Highly skilled in Excel
- Knowledge of SQL, VBA and Power Bi is an advantage but not a requirement
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
