Your mission…
As Retail Area Supervisor for L'Oréal Luxe Division, you will be responsible for planning and executing sales activities. You will report to the Danish Retail Unit manager and work closely together with the local brand teams and with your colleagues in the Danish Omni Field team. You will build a strong relationship with the Retailers store managers and Beauty advisors in the stores.
You will...

Be responsible for a given district with Matas doors
Secure sell out in the district according to budget, in total, and per key brands/categories
Perform sell out and services
Animate and organize instore events linked to trade plan
Secure launch visibility
Secure planograms
Inform beauty advisors in the store, engage them, and set daily targets
Secure a close relationship with store managers and Beauty advisors in the district

You are...

Result driven and have proven strong results from any Beauty Retailer
Organized and driven by results and performance
Solution-oriented and have strong knowledge of Retail excellence and brand expression/execution
A true relationship builder, to both consumers and Retailers
Proactive and creative, you are a “doer” and understand how you can optimize the stores in your district
Fluent in Danish
Based in the Midt Sjælland region
