We work worldwide, currently in Abu Dhabi, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Germany, Guatemala, Italy, Jamaica, Mexico, the Netherlands, Norway, Peru, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Uruguay, and the United States.
You will work in our office in Copenhagen as an Executive Assistant to support and work closely with management.
Your job
- Planning and time management, coordinating and scheduling meetings..
- Proactively predict when schedules are likely to change and make adjustments where necessary, ensuring all participants are fully informed.
- Re-scheduling complex meetings and travel itineraries at short notice.
- Preparation of agendas and content for visits, workshops, and talks.
- Booking of flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Handling internal and external requests from various partners.
- Handling travel expenses and other daily business administration.
- An MBA degree or another combination of relevant education and intercultural experience is required.
- Experience with executive support is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Fluent in English and preferably Spanish or another language. Danish is not required, but it is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, and deal with highly confidential information.
- A strong team player, collaborative, resilient, and flexible, with an inter-cultural sense of humor.
- Full-time job (12 months maternity cover with the possibility for permanent employment afterward)
