About the job
As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be part of ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our B2B customers during the after sales process. Your responsibilities will include communication with the customers, responding to their inquiries, providing them with insightful information, and addressing their needs with a customer-centric approach.
It is important that you focus on maintaining our high standard of service and attention to detail, as it is a crucial part of fostering long-term relationships with our valued customers. You will be assigned a portfolio of customers which you together with the Key Account Manager will be nursing and ensuring the growth and prospering of.
Your role will also include the following responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks efficiently and with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Confirm and register orders while identifying opportunities for digital optimization.
• Maintain accurate customer information in our systems.
• Handle customer inquiries with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and telephone in a professional manner.
• Support the sales team with a focus on collaboration and streamlined processes.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a customer-centric approach.
• Contribute to process optimization and embrace digital tools in daily tasks
