QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

SAFe certification, Scrum Master experience, and a strong SAFe understanding is required
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are crucial
Able to adapt to change
Great experience with agile tools like JIRA
Experience with driving agile transformation and value delivery
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, SAFe certification mandatory, other Scrum Master certification will be nice to have
Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
Hive SQL (SPARK) queries (crucial)
Experience with these technologies would be good: SCALA knowledge (crucial), Shell scripting (important), How to work on Cloudera distribution (Oozie) (important), Elasticsearch (basic knowledge), Quantexa (important), ntelli J, Zeppeli, Bamboo, Jenkins, Nexus, Artifactory, Kafka
Strong English skills - both oral and written

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

Facilitating Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) ceremonies
Coach teams, and remove impediments to ensure smooth Agile development
Collaborate with Product Owners
