About the role:
As a Senior BI Analyst at Traffic Lab, you'll play a crucial role in analyzing customer and SEO data, providing insights to enhance performance, and contributing to the overall success of our strategy. You'll be at the forefront of decision-making within your business area, collaborating cross-functionally to understand business requirements and acting as a leading authority in data and analytics.
In our dynamic environment, characterized by a vast variety of data, you will have the opportunity to explore new avenues of interpretation and creatively leverage BI tools to extract valuable insights. Your role is not just about analysis; it's about being explorative and creative, uncovering innovative approaches to data utilization that drive business success.
The position is fulltime and based in our Malta office, whereas the remaining BI & Analytics team is based in our headquarter in Copenhagen. However, we are open to considering fully remote arrangements for the right candidate, regardless of their location within the EU.
Your main tasks:
- Analyze data to identify patterns and trends, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with colleagues from different teams to understand business requirements and design an approach to address them
- Develop and maintain BI solutions to support business operations and strategic initiative
- Drive development projects independently
- Communicate complex data concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders
What we are looking for:
- Excellent analytical skills, driven by logic and evidence
- Ability to draw conclusions and present recommendations
- Know your way around Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Ahrefs
- Proficient in Power BI and SQL
- Experience with Python and Machine Learning is an advantage
- Master’s degree in business or data science
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within i Gaming or SEO.
Moreover, you are self-driven and can think creatively and challenge the status quo, but you also have a structured approach and show attention to details. You are an excellent communicator and able to mentor and challenge your colleagues to achieve high-quality outcomes. You are a one-man army and can work independently.
