The Role: As a PMO Consultant, you will excel in stakeholder collaboration and managing complex scenarios. You will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining the structure and rhythm of our transformation program. Acting as an information hub, your role will involve coordinating program activities and ensuring that projects adhere to management standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project execution, serving as a sparring partner to maintain adherence to project management standards and methodologies.
• Generate project status reports and presentations, providing insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor program progress, identify trends, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
• Ensure resource management, including human resources, budgets, business cases, and timelines.

What We Look For:

• A proactive problem-solver with a 'can-do' attitude, good interpersonal skills, and a solid drive to deliver results.
• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies with a skill in working with data and conceptualizing complex issues.
• Advanced communication skills, capable of creating compelling presentations and effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working in a PMO or similar project management environment is beneficial.
