Responsibilities

As a member of the CS&T team, you will be a catalyst proactively infusing mature cyber risk management messaging into multiple channels and organisations throughout Vestas and our value chain. Specifically, you will:

Infuse advanced cyber risk management strategies across multiple channels and stakeholders throughout the value chain
Stay ahead of industry trends to identify effective technologies and methodologies
Collaborate closely to refine and implement our cyber strategy, ensuring robust value protection across the value chain
Onboard a broad audience into the cyber strategy for efficient value protection

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of risk management and cyber strategy, experienced in engaging with both top management and technical implementation teams
Proficiency in the nuances of IT/OT/Io T/IIo T convergence and skilled in creating scalable, value-protection solutions
Expertise in balancing the interplay between People & Processes (80%) and Technology (20%)
Experience in providing solutions that scale and generate business value
Certifications appropriate to this space and your back ground are good to have

You are a qualified professional with experience demonstrating that you:

Lead organisations by setting direction and inspiring collaborative team behaviour
Have a data-driven mindset that enables fact-based decision-making
Have good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Have good planning and execution skills, and are comfortable working with internal and external parties
Are naturally inquisitive and eager to innovate
