Senior Enterprise Architect for Data in Digital Factory, Lystrup or Søborg

Therefore, we are currently looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.
Team and Role
Your day is full of talking to stakeholders from different domains that represent our different external products and our internal business needs. Based on the dialogs you architect the data platform and the governance to go with it. As you take a step back, you realize that this is a perfect day for you, filled with technical challenges, stakeholder management and being the spearhead for tying the data architecture agenda together across domains.
In other words, we are looking for an experienced Data Architect to take ownership of building and further developing Termas data architecture and technological landscape to support our ambitions and we want you to join us.
As our new Senior Enterprise Architect for Data, you are responsible for driving our Data Vision and Strategy - you will work with the different technological domains and stakeholders through a clear vision and roadmaps. Your responsibility will cover our internal data journey as well as participating in the design of our external products.
You have experience guiding data journeys and are skilled in data lineage, data governance, and building data platforms within hybrid data infrastructures. Your expertise includes working with cloud environments from at least one major cloud provider and having knowledge of security and compliance frameworks in highly regulated industries. You are also knowledgeable in concepts such as data mesh, data fabric, Io T, and edge computing
You will be working in Terma R&D, Digital Factory. Digital Factory acts as the digital backbone of the innovation and development area in Terma. It’s a new function that is under establishment, hence you will have a huge impact on our culture, products, platforms and services.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will cover:
- Partnering with engineering, product and Architect leads to build a roadmap
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create a long-term data strategy including security and compliance frameworks
- Form relationships, collaborate, and learn from stakeholders about their friction points and business needs related to utilizing company and product data
- Based on existing landscape and future products, you will be designing the architecture for our future data platform(s) and ensure the implementation
- Work together with stakeholders to create the needed processes and ensuring the technical foundation for onboarding development teams to use the data platform
- Ensure implementation of a data security and compliance framework
As a person, you are outgoing and able to understand complex process and system landscapes with excellent communication skills – both written and spoken that enables you to bring your arguments across to audiences from engineers to executive management.
With your natural Specialist Leadership personality, you master aspects like change management, stakeholder management and communication. Acting in a role, where you are expected to take specialist lead, it´s also of key importance, that you possess strong execution skills, agility and an analytical yet holistic mindset.
The ideal candidate has:
- Demonstrated experience from a role as Data Architect (or similar), leading the process and cultural change
- Experience with multiple data storage types and technologies in data warehouse and data lake solutions
- Understanding of architecture and design concepts for ETL/ELT solutions, data exploitation solutions and technologies including analytics, reporting and APIs
- Demonstrable expertise in the areas of data modelling in large complex IT estates, implementation of multiple data architectures and integration of Data Management/Governance tools
- Experience working with On Premise, Cloud, and Hybrid solutions including cloud migration programs
