Senior Finance Manager

This is a broad and hands-on role, where you will have ownership of accounting and finance whilst also having significant exposure to the wider business and Leadership Team. The Senior Finance Manager will also be integral in the development and implementation of new processes and ensuring robust financial controls to deliver growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the accounting and financial operations function and work closely with external accounting partners. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements across the Netherlands, Denmark, and the United Kingdom
• Lead month-end close and financial statement preparation process.
• Supporting on the planning/forecasting and in developing financial models.
• Build metrics dashboards and provide strategic insights to improve operational performance.
• Business partnering with senior management to support strategic decision making.
• Maintain strong internal controls to ensure financial data accuracy and integrity.
• Use accounting software and other financial systems to streamline processes.

EXPERIENCE

• Certified accountant (ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 6 years of post-qualified experience.
• Experience in a Tech/Saa S Start-Up or Scale-Up.
• Business-savvy professional with experience in high-growth startup or scaleup environments.
• Proactive individual with strong analytical and communication abilities, capable of simplifying complex data.
• Exceptional analytical skills with expertise in data collection, organization, analysis, and dissemination, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base salary between DKK50,000 - 75,000 per month depending on experience
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays + office closure between December 24th – January 2nd
• Remote/flexible working with access to our Copenhagen office

• Learning and Development budget of DKK 15,000
