• Assume responsibility for the delivery and completion of complex cross functional projects
• Align expectations on incremental value delivery with all stakeholders, define milestones and work packages for our quarterly program increment PI planning (act as SAFe Epic Owner)
• Actively engage and collaborate with subject matter experts across the functions to ensure alignment
• Plan, coordinate, and lead verification across teams
• Ensure and document that development and deliveries are compliant with regulatory requirements, following Medical Device Regulation for EU.
• Apply your skills in streamlining and elevating our operations to spearhead a collective project with the goal of bettering elements like our procedures, guidelines, documentation, tools, or practices

• Understand complex systems design and architecture
• Align cross functional development and integration plans
• Execute through Agile teams, inspect and adapt your plan continuously
• Engage with stakeholders efficiently to anticipate and address their needs

• Have an engineering background in System/SW Development.
• Have 5+ years of experience as a product owner or project manager handling complex technical cross functional solutions. If its from a medical or another regulated development environment, even better!
• A positive and friendly attitude.
• A team-oriented mindset.
• Are familiar with project management tools and Agile methods. It would be an added benefit if you are certified in Prince II, PMP, Lean, Scrum or SAFe. If not, you will have the opportunity to get your certification with us.
