• Responsible for the best-in-class QMR process – ensuring a holistic view and integration into other relevant process (e.g. risk management).
• Responsible for ensuring a cohesive bottom-up process that balances the need for high quality data inputs vs. the strain it puts on our quality organization.
• Responsible for delivering consolidated materials for senior and top management in Novo Nordisk, including Executive Management and the Board of Directors, integrating quality and risk perspectives.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization to improve processes and ensure holistic perspective on quality performance.
• Supporting senior management with quality performance insights to support other deliverables within strategy, finance and communication.

• A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Science or other relevant field.
• 5+ years of work experience within a relevant field, e.g. quality assurance, risk management, business development, data insights and communication or similar.
• Experience from the pharmaceutical industry or similar regulated industries is an advantage.
