Senior Release & Test Manager

NNIT is growing rapidly within our Microsoft Dynamics area, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Release & Test Manager.
As a Senior Release & Test manager you will work as a part of our Delivery & Application Management team, delivering a wide range of services within the Microsoft area facing our long-term customers.

You will play a key role in planning & quality assurance, working with a diverse teams of consultants, architects, developers and our customers. You will engage with Dev Ops and Test-Driven Development methodologies providing opportunities for further growth.
Responsibilities:
Release manager:

• Lead the release management process, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating releases.
• Collaborate with development, test, and operations teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth and timely releases.

• Plan the release calendar and coordinate across functions at each stage of the release cycle
• Continuously improve release processes is important, and can be done by incorporating best practices and industry standards.
• Communicate release plans, delays, failures, and issues to relevant stakeholders.

Test Manager:

• Secure the quality of our development and maintenance deliverables.
• Develop and maintain test strategies and plans, ensuring test scope is well-defined and executed.
• Manage test reporting according to project plans and specifications.
• Guide your test team and other team members on test activities.
• Build and develop new test automation services.

About you
Minimum 5 years of experience in the role as Release & Test Manager and quality assurance within IT

You are well experienced with agile project execution

• Fluent in English both spoken and written. Danish is a plus

• Proven experience as a Release Manager or Test Manager, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Strong understanding of release management and testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with Azure Dev Ops for release and test management is highly preferred.

• Experience with Executive Automats is preferred but not required.
