As Senior Technical Test Analyst you will partner up with TEC´s Lead person on the area and act in a central role in further accelerating our automation journey and we expect you to take part in keeping NNIT at the forefront of the development in your area of expertise
In this role you will have the opportunity to make your mark and further develop the TEC department and our automation service deliveries.
We have local presence in Denmark, US and Philippines, where we work closely together with delivery and sales on projects and lead generation.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Drive automation analysis process with business, mapping current state process, evaluate automation potential, designing a future state process and documenting thoroughly
• Taking lead role in global automation project teams
• Drive and continuously improve the automation analysis process
• Work with service owner and business to maximizing ROI of Automation
• Monitor automation and ensure reliability by proactively driving root cause analysis on issues
• Implement process and task mining to support business in process excellence and process discovery
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and tools.
• Integrate automation tests with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of test automation frameworks.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans that align with project goals and timelines.
• Define test objectives, scope, and deliverables, and ensure they are communicated effectively to stakeholders.
• Oversee the execution of test cases, including manual and automated tests, to ensure software meets quality standards.

Skills:

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Familiarity with API testing and tools like Postman or REST Assured.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in software test automation.
• Proven experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or similar.
• Proven experience with test management tools like Jira, Test Rail, or similar.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, computer science, data science, information science or similar degree with exposure to process understanding and/or automation
• Analytical skills and being able to break down the as-is and reengineering processes
• Detail-oriented and thrives in seeing things through to the end

What do you bring with you?

• Strong consultancy mindset incl. excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with Agile Project Management as a consultant in Regulated Industries, preferably Life Sciences
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and properly prioritize actions
