• Significant experience with production equipment, utilities, and supply systems, or a recent graduate eager to learn.

• A relevant background, such as Marine Engineer, Electronics/Automation Technician, or another technical field.

• Strong planning and coordination skills, with familiarity with GMP environments being an advantage.

• Knowledge of automation and control solutions, along with basic troubleshooting skills.

• Proficiency in technical English, as all documentation and communication are in English.

• A focused and flexible approach, enabling effective delivery of results through teamwork.

• Ability to motivate and engage colleagues while fostering a positive and collaborative culture in a cross-disciplinary environment.
