Play Station Nordic / Nordisk Interactive is looking for the next social media and influencer wizard to join our team in Denmark!

Reporting to the Community and Cultural Activation Manager, as the Brand Engagement & Community Specialist, you will play a important role in expanding Play Station’s presence in Denmark by driving strategic social media management, influencer relations, and community engagement.
The ideal candidate for this role comes with a passion for Play Station and is equipped with mix of strategic foresight and creative genius, along with rock-solid organizational skills. If you can navigate social channels with ease and have a knack for engaging influencers, you are the player we need on our team.

Your role: Elevate Play Station's online presence
Make Play Station the best place to play by maximizing the presence of the Play Station Brand, Product & Services in our Owned & Earned channels.

• Implement Play Station's Nordic social media strategy, co-create compelling content, and analyze impact to reach yearly social KPI’s
• Foster a dynamic and engaged gaming community through owned channels.
• Build and nurture relationships with local influencers to strengthen Play Station’s brand presence in Denmark.

What you will be doing:
Social Media Management:

• Engage with the Play Station community through our social media platforms, sharing updates on games, hardware, and services.
• Collaborate on strategic social media plans and help execute impactful campaigns.
• Execute local social media activities, coordinating with agency partners for content planning and production.
• Maintain a deep understanding of gaming, pop culture, and social media trends to be proactive about industry shifts.
• Ensure local content aligns with Play Station’s brand standards and cultural relevance.

Influencer and Content Creation management:

• Identify and build relationships with influencers, track performance, and adjust strategies to grow Play Station's community and engagement.
• Collaborate with PR & Influencer lead, and the rest of the marketing team to develop and implement a localized influencer strategy to reach yearly KPI’s.
• Define metrics for content creator audience growth and engagement - report on performance and refine strategies as needed.
• Engage with content creators and promote opportunities that benefit the Play Station Denmark community.
• Represent Play Station at influencer and community events.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in social media marketing, agency roles, or influencer management is a must.
• Strong project management abilities with the skill to juggle multiple priorities and an eye for creativity and detail.
• Passion for gaming and social media, with the desire to build and nurture vibrant communities.
• Familiarity with content platforms and the ability to use social media analytics tools.
• Background in business, marketing, or communications with hands-on experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, showing strategic insight and efficient task execution.
• Proficiency in Danish and English is required.
• A team player who can build strong relationships within Play Station and the gaming community.
