Are you eager to join a fast-growing CDMO, where you will have the opportunity to provide administrative support to the Sr. Director of Quality Control and the leadership team? If so, now is your chance, as we are looking for a candidate who shares our passion, drive, and energy – encapsulated in the Japanese word, Genki.
ABOUT FUJIFILM DIOSYNTH BIOTECHNOLOGIES AND OUR QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT
FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies is a world-leading Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), serving customers in the pharmaceutical industry from pre-clinical investigations to commercial GMP production. Our mission is to “Advance Tomorrow’s Medicines,” and we invite you to be a part of that journey.
Our Quality Control (QC) department in Hillerød consists of approximately 250 employees divided into different support teams and four testing teams. In QC, we strive for a One QC team spirit, where we help and support each other across teams to not only reach our goals but also foster collaboration and opportunities for personal development. Our success is built on our dedicated and competent colleagues, who are driven to make a difference for QC, our site, our customers, and patients worldwide. As a leading CDMO, we in QC continuously improve our ways of working, creating a dynamic and inspiring environment with significant individual decision-making authority due to our flat organizational structure.
The culture at FUJIFILM Denmark (FDBD) is something our employees value highly. In addition to a competitive salary and bonus package, we offer health insurance, massage and physiotherapy, health checks, a fitness center, the option to work from home, and, most recently, a mobile barista coffee van. FDBD also provides a canteen with Friday brunches and monthly afternoon cakes, and we celebrate important milestones with our “bell ringing” tradition.
THE POSITION AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Sr. Administrative Assistant to the Sr. Director of Quality Control, you will report directly to the Sr. Director but will provide administrative support to an organization of approximately 250 people, including 30 people leaders.
Your main tasks will include:
  • Providing administrative support to the leadership team, including managing meeting invitations and documents.
  • Handling correspondence and communication on behalf of the Sr. Director and leadership team.
  • Planning and participating in leadership meetings.
  • Preparing minutes from leadership meetings and following up on agreed actions.
  • Handling presentations and meeting materials for the Sr. Director and leadership team.
  • Monitoring important deadlines and ensuring task compliance.
  • Organizing internal events and team meetings.
  • Maintaining confidential information and documents with professionalism.
  • Assisting with project management and task follow-ups as needed.
  • Collaborating with other departments to facilitate effective communication and cooperation.
  • Coordinating the Sr. Director’s calendar, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has:
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a management assistant.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written.
  • Danish is not required but is an advantage.
As a person, you are open, curious, and motivated by success achieved through your team. You have a pragmatic approach, always looking for solutions with an open and communicative mindset, listening to understand those around you. You thrive in an operational environment where priorities may shift on short notice, and you are comfortable managing those changes and prioritizing tasks accordingly.

Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter detailing their qualifications and experience as soon as possible and no later than 20th of October.
