If yes to the above, the role of Student Analyst within our S&OP (Strategic Planning & Optimization) team is the perfect opportunity for you!
THE TEAM
As part of our S&OP team, you’ll join a collaborative and dynamic environment where your input will be valued from day one. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals dedicated to optimising inventory, flow, and delivery performance. Working with a 12-month planning horizon, you’ll engage with a broad range of stakeholders and identify opportunities for improving our supply chain. Our S&OP team is undergoing an exciting transformation, and we’re looking for your fresh perspective to help us succeed.
THE ROLE
As a Student Analyst, you’ll play an important role in supporting the monthly S&OP cycle. Your tasks will include:

Supporting the collection and maintenance of forecast and resource input data
Verifying and cross-checking data to ensure accuracy and consistency
Conducting analysis to enhance forecast accuracy
Assisting in scenario development to drive performance improvements
Creating and improving data visualisations and dashboards in Power BI for more effective S&OP analysis
Actively contributing to the ongoing development of the S&OP process at BESTSELLER

YOUR PROFILE
We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and eager to learn. Ideally, you’ll bring:

Current enrolment in a relevant programme, such as supply chain management or data analytics
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
A desire to contribute and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of MS Power BI, DAX, VBA, or basic SQL is a plus, but not required

EMPLOYMENT
15-20 hours per week, with flexible working hours and expected presence in the office 1-2 days a week.
LOCATION
Your primary work location can be either our office in Aarhus C or our distribution centre in Haderslev.
