About the job

Would you like to work with systems, processes, HR data and a set of great colleagues ?

We are looking for a Student Assistant to support our global HR Systems, Reporting & Analytics and Compensation & Benefits functions with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

You will join our team in Saxo headquarter and the People & Culture department consists of 23 employees in Denmark and 40 globally.

Among other things you will be responsible for:

System support and enhancement within our global HR System, Workday

Contribute to problem-solving, project execution and support development of key project streams

Assist Senior team members in various tasks such as system testing and day to day business support

Data Management, prepare reports and analysis, performance and other HR related topics

Your profile

As a person you come across as technical, analytical, meticulous and self-driven. You are a student enrolled at a higher institute of learning within IT, Software Development or similar, ideally on the second or third year of your Bachelor.

Further we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities with a positive attitude

Ability to research and learn new concepts quickly

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to support many different stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-output, team-oriented environment

Fluent in English

Previous experience with Workday or other HR Systems is an advantage, but not required
