About the Team & Business Line:
Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence.
As a valuable member of our team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.

Your Role:
Citco (Denmark) Ap S is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our team as a Student Assistant. This part-time position involves providing general administrative support to our office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

You will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, digital mail, e-boks, letters, packages).
Support the scheduling and coordination of internal projects, meetings and appointments.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
Perform other general office duties as assigned.

About You:

Currently enrolled as a student in a recognized institution.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in an office environment is a plus but not required.
