THE OPPORTUNITY:
Are you currently studying life sciences and looking for an exciting opportunity?

We are seeking a dedicated student to join our Nordic Quality Assurance team. Your primary responsibility will be supporting product complaint management, with the possibility of engaging in other tasks as well.
You will be part of a highly skilled and friendly team of six professionals based in Denmark, Finland, and Sweden. Your main office will be located in Herlev, but we value flexibility and hope you do too.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing product complaints from customers in Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden.
  
• Collecting, translating, responding to, and documenting complaints.
  

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• You should be a life science student (such as pharmacy) with at least 2 years remaining before graduation.
  
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  
• Proficiency in English and native in one of the Nordic languages. Bonus points if you know Finnish or Swedish!
