To start as soon as possible, part time, fixed term

Our HR Nordics department within RWE Renewables Denmark is looking for a Working Student. In this role, you will be part of the RWE team and support the team at their with a variety of administrative tasks with a focus on HR, people and processes.
You will be guided in the best way to review the procedures and systems that will be used. Here you will work in attractive, newly renovated and bright premises in the center of Copenhagen, while being part of a company that is constantly developing for the future in energy.

Main responsibilities

Support on international HR programs
Identify HR trends and evaluate HR and business relevant insights of the Renewables market
Support the existing HR team on program roll-outs, data collection and handling, process implementation

Your profile

Currently studying at a University ideally in Human Resources, Science or Economics faculty
Highly independent, systematic, quality- and goal-oriented approach to work as well as broad methodological skills
It is an advantage if you have some knowledge of HR, project work or data collection and processing.
Possibility to work on a 50% basis
