• Deliver accurate and timely forecasts to our Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs) and other stakeholders.
• Order handling and follow up on orders to ensure material availability according to demand.
• Determine and monitor safety stocks/inventory of critical production materials, manage invoice flow (reviewing and approving invoices).
• Drive continuous optimisations of the supply chain together with the CMO and Novo Nordisk stakeholders.
• Make analyses to identify and quantify potential supply constraints, make clear prioritisations and coordinate actions needed to avoid/reduce the impact.

• You have a higher education, preferably a master’s degree within a relevant discipline e.g. engineering, supply chain management or similar, coupled with 2-4 years of supply chain (planning) experience.
• Demonstrates subject matter expertise.
• Tactical planning competencies/understanding the holistic overview (typically covering several parts of the organization)
• Strong SAP knowledge, specifically in SAP APO/ECC and skilled user of other IT systems
• In addition to good communication and coordination skills, you have a quality mindset and strong analytical skills. Strong written and spoken English is required.
