Team and Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Technical Assistant to manage the administrative tasks. Your role will be to create more efficient work time for our technical employees by handling these tasks more effectively.

Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Assistant, you will be instrumental in handling various administrative tasks. You will receive training for some tasks, while for others, you might train us. One of your key responsibilities will be training and assisting new team members in using IFS. You will also help current colleagues with refreshers or support. Initially, you will work closely with the team, but as you become more confident, your responsibilities and independence will grow. We are always here as backup.
In this role, you will handle a wide range of tasks to support our technical operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing expertise in IFS processes and procedures related to parts and corresponding documentation.
- Facilitating document review, including meeting preparation and follow-up.
- Handling documentation between IFS and secured, isolated networks.
- Managing parts handling, creation, attachments, restriction code registration, access, approval, and release.
- Assisting with the assignment of DK/US export restriction codes.
- Introducing and training new team members in IFS processes and procedures.
- Maintaining capacity sheets.
- Administering and governing physical access to software test environments.
- Ensuring test facilities are up to code, including temperature management and cleanliness.
- Chaperoning visitors without security clearance in the software test environments.
- Recording minutes of meetings (Mo M).
- Assisting with assigning funding for team tasks.
- Creating Jira Epics, stories, and sub-tasks with the team.
- Partially elaborating on documentation, including boilerplating and templates.
